Playlist Empty/Not Saving
For some reason, when I signed into my account today all my playlists were empty and I had to sync them again before I could listen to my music online. Any idea why this is?

Make a "Sync to Web" botton
make a button that allows you to sync all songs/ playlists straight to the web using maestro connector tool rather than playing song by song to fully upload them.

remember pause location for AUDIOBOOKS
The iPhone app does NOT remember where a song was paused across invocations of the app (stop/start of app). This makes the app useless for AUDIOBOOKS.

Can't log in from Android device
No idea, but crying out. I've synchronised my music library installed Maestro on Android device and just can't connect. I get "Unexpected error from server". Wrote message from Maestro account, send email to support ... nothing. So my idea would be: work on better support.

Very much apologize for the delay in responding, as this slipped unintentionally. This has been an inconsistent problem, but we are currently in the process of a redesign and rebuild of the entire platform. Thanks again.

problems with playlists
I have a number of problems when creating playlists, quite often I find that some of the songs are missing despite me ticking every desired song for that playlist. Then when I try to add the missing songs again they end up in the wrong order, when I try to reorder them it lets me click on a song but wont let me stop dragging it which basically stops me from performing this task.
I find these problems extremely frustrating as I cannot progress with making playlists and I hope that it is looked into. The site also quite often…3 votes -
Allow dissconnect of connector from web site when locked so hosting connector can reconnect
I've tried posting else ware that the connector on the web site says its connected when the connector won't connect stating its connected from somewhere else. since no new songs have been added to my playlist I can only surmise that no one else has accessed my account. So we need the ability to kick ourselves ghosted connections using the web site.

Accepting Paypal may increase business due to simplicity of checking out. Credit cards are OK, however many people prefer Paypal to protect their identity and credit. Not mentioning that you will do anything to jeopardize someone's credit or identity, however it is always good to be safe :) thanks for reading.

Allow us to scan/rip songs directly from our ipods.
Some songs are not in our Itunes library, and there are only on our ipod. (For example, if you got a different computer.) Or, sometimes, depending on how we downloaded them, our songs have strange names in our Itunes, and are right on our ipods. (It would be annoying to go through and change every single song title just for maestro.)

Bug - Audio with no 'Artist' in the ID3 tag cannot be played (and hence uploaded).
Please rectify this. It is painful not to be able to upload / play files without an 'artist' or ' Composer'. To add such a tag for each file manually is very cumbersome,

enable offline mode for iPhone
Pretty much as the subject says - especially for those of us with an iPod Touch - so we can listen to selected albums when out of wi-fi range (i.e. anywhere outside the home or office ;-).

Fix the 404s for your support link.
I can't log in to the desktop client, I am getting "Network error: cannot reach Maestro server!!"
When I click on "Maestro Support" I'm taken to a 404 page. Real nice. https://www.maestro.fm/support
Please fix either one or both. This is getting frustrating.
3 votesThanks so much for your feedback. I just checked the Maestro Support link and it seems to be working fine. The application could have had an intermittent issue when you tried so we apologize as we are currently in the process of a complete product overhaul. As for the client application, you are correct that we are experiencing some log-in issues for the Windows Client. The Mac Client is working properly, but we are working on fixing the Windows Client, while at the same time enhancing the application during this overhaul.
We really appreciate your help in improving Maestro and I can assure you our team is working on some really amazing things with this overhaul.

still waiting and it is over 2 weeks now and still no email reminder for forgotten password..
also from the maestro connector on my pc desk top it would be nice to be able to connect from within and have my password and user id be recognized from within your maestro connector software......can this be implemented in the future.........i sure hope so.

Make a Chrome web app
So with the soon to be released Chrome OS and the release of the google web store this may be a good investment. Meastro really does seem like it would be perfect for those with large music collections who happen to get a laptop with Chrome OS or just those without a lot of storage on netbooks.
